Hello jobcase community. I currently hold 5 contacting licenses in 2 states (Master HVAC, Home Improvement (MHIC) and upcoming Home Inspector Licenses in Maryland and Delaware. I have managed 8 companies in various positions, 6 of which I was the majority owner. In early 2021, after more than 40 years in the contracting business, life took a different turn and I hung up my contractors tool belt and entered the real estate market as a licensed property inspector. With my vast experience in the construction trades I intend on being one of the premier property inspection providers in the tri-state (Maryland, Delaware & Pennsylvania) area. I have passed the National Home Inspection Exam and have applied for the MD Home Inspector license. After I receive the MD Home Inspector License I will be applying for the Delaware Home Inspector License. I am a self starter and work well in groups and on my own. #jobsearch #Maryland #Delaware

I was receiving unemployment and couldn't file this week because unemployment say that I have use up all my funds I was supposed to have fund until the end of the month in December . It wasn't my fault because of Corona 19 the Government shut down the State of Maryland .
