About the Job:
Commercial Technical Support Representatives are active listeners and tech-savvy problem solvers whose positive communication makes all the difference to our business customers.
Spectrum offers a fully paid training with peer mentoring and coaching so you can feel comfortable and supported every step of the way. Spectrum will provide everything you need to succeed!
Preferred Job Qualifications Include:
- 6 months or more customer service or related experience
- 6 months or more of basic technical support experience
- 6 months or more heavy volume phone experience
- 6 months or more working with computers and multiple software applications
