Responsible for providing in-house bookkeeping services and turn-key projects in support of our clients. Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Trial Balance maintenance and financial statement preparation. Must have solid accounting skills. Experience with QuickBooks on-line and MS Office is required. Must be organized, detail oriented, dependable, and able to work independently. Minimum of three years related work experience required. We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer, PE for our fast-paced, growing residential and commercial engineering firm located near Manchester, NH.
Responsible for acting as the Structural Engineer of record for the firm’s building design projects, performing QA and sign-off on calculations and plans. Performing feasibility studies. Assisting with business, client and proposal development. Responsible for overseeing clients, projects and engineering staff, including coaching and mentoring junior engineers. Must have outstanding structural design experience with new and existing building structures. Extensive knowledge of building codes and standards for all types of building materials and components. Proficiency with structural design software (e.g., STAAD, RISA). Revit experience is a plus. Bachelor’s degree and Professional Engineer (PE) license in New Hampshire is required. PE licenses in additional States in the northeast is a plus. A minimum of ten years of professional experience in building structural design, analysis and renovation is required.
