I am still employed with first student but unfortunately will be laid off this coming Sunday, the 31st of August 2002 due to the panademic.I enjoy my job I’ve been doing it for five years but unfortunately due to the world situation I’m going laid off and so the future is uncertain with no schools starting insight.

An autistic child yelling in the early morning because he doesn’t like the CB radio being on, it’s required for safety. A child on the midday route throwing shoes. The same child coming back in the afternoon and yelling until he’s removed from the bus by school security and then his parents come get him.

There was a spoiled kid that had an equally spoiled paraprofessional at her school. We were told never to tell the child no. I did so one day in front of the para. I had a new route the next day that was much better.

Transporting pre-K kids is always fun. You never know what a 3 or 4 year old might say.
