Flexible hours to accommodate a parents schedule. However make sure to schedule appointments for yourself and family during the time off between shifts or on weekends, the kids you transport depend on you espechially on special needs routes.

I am still employed with first student but unfortunately will be laid off this coming Sunday, the 31st of August 2002 due to the panademic.I enjoy my job I’ve been doing it for five years but unfortunately due to the world situation I’m going laid off and so the future is uncertain with no schools starting insight.

There was a spoiled kid that had an equally spoiled paraprofessional at her school. We were told never to tell the child no. I did so one day in front of the para. I had a new route the next day that was much better.
