Drama at #ExpressScripts

Angry customers (patients) were a part of my everyday routine while providing exceptional customer service at Express Scripts. I learned to remain calm, be empathetic and allow the customer to explain their reason(s) for being angry. It was important to me to try to change the patients attitude so that hopefully we could move forward in a positive manner.

What I loved working at #ExpressScripts

I loved talking to patients and helping them. As far as the company and management ...it is the #1 worst company to work for. Treat people like cattle. You are only as good as your last call! They use words like empathy, compassion but only for the almighty $$ not for employees.

My advice to people interested in working at #Expressscripts as a #Pca ...

Make sure to keep up-to date with things. Healthcare changes. Also tone in your voice goes a long way. If a caller knows you feel their concern they are more likely to not be so hostile even if they have called about 6 times to resolve the issue. Treat people the way you want to be treated.

Toward the end of my Expres Scripts days, waiting on packages to deliver when I needed to have equipment replaced.

Drama at #Expressscripts

I remained calm and listened. If at all possible I tried to help those that were frustrated that wanted to be helped.

What I loved working at #Expressscripts

I liked being able to work from home, as well as the flex out options. It was very beneficial when I very seldom had things come up. I also liked the generous amounts of overtime and the voluntary signups for holiday shifts.
