I never felt like it was stressful. I looked at a busy day that I was helping people.

Drama at #ExpressScripts

At the end of the call it ended on a positive note and the customer only wanted to talk with me in the future.

My manager recognized me @ #ExpressScripts when

I was recognized by my manager when a trainer opportunity came available. He encouraged me to apply stating, "you've taught everyone on the team already." you'll be great as a trainer.

During training, the trainer told the class at least 20 times in one day to please keep the noise down. When I complained, I was told that it is a call center. I have worked in various call centers for over 20 years and the training class was by far, the worst behaved.
