I was employed as a correctioal officer and a classification officer. I worked in a maximum security remand institution and ws proud to bring in programs for female inmates. I was also proud to devlop a reading program for male inmates. Philosophy?

Thanks for taking the lead and showing us how to give back to our society. Our penal system should help the inmates develop skills that will allow them to matriculate back into society. Otherwise what is the alternative when they get out...returning to crime?
