Working at the Departement of Education was gratifying. My real satisfactions was the succes of each student throught the teaching learning process.

Be compliant to work,respect those in high authority and everyone else around you and you will enjoy working for the department.

Exposure working with both learners and educators and managers at all levels of the Department

I learned to stick to deadlines,communicate effectively at all levels of the department,anger management,time-management.In brief I learned to balance my IQ with my EQ.I had opportunity to be groomed in management and leadership.

I will tell to them that working at Department of Education is a great opportunity to improve more your knowldge and skils that you can utilize in your work.I can also say to them that Department of Education gives u a permanent work and you will receive good salary and a lot of benefits.

I did not make biggest mistake while working at Department of Education.

1.Attitude of the students There were some students who have poor attitude and study habits that make me stressful. 2. Papers work There were a lot of papers work to do and finish on time.
