It is a great place to work. Between the wonderful staff and amazing residents, I would recommend working there.

My biggest mistake (and I'm very serious) was driving a luxury vehicle to work and my jealous hearted BOD saw me in it and started treating me really ugly afterwards. Mind you it wasn't even my car, I was borrowing it until I bought my own but she didn't know that (nor should it have mattered). Then when I bought my own luxury SUV, she really showed her behind! She couldn't figure out how in the heck was I driving 2 luxury cars on the piss poor salary I was getting. Don't get mad at me because you make double my salary but can only afford to drive a busted chevy....

I would tell someone * If you're in a desperate situation then go ahead and work there until you find something else, but if you have the luxury of waiting and looking elsewhere, do that*. Run from this place like your life was in danger....absolutely horrible!

It is trying to do the assigned tasks without interference from the Executive Director. She is very demanding and not in a polite or manager type way. If people are around she appears very friendly and helpful. If there is no one around she is mean spirited and rude in her way of dealing with people. Most of the people that loose their job there is due to her. That includes department heads and lower position workers. She does not allow a person to be warned or the usual 2-3 write ups, does not usually even ask questions she just orders your manager to replace you. If a person decides to work at Stonecrest they probably won't be there long if hired.

My most stressful day is when the occupancy rate is low. I love it when occupancy rate is high..because the resort is full house. The more the guest the better it is. If not than its going to be boring.
