Buzzuto is a nice place to work. I enjoy temping there. They are looking for right now a Concierges for 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.

The people are nice the job is not hard, and I would love it if they hire me for 7:00 - 3:00 or 3:00 - 11:00 shift. You don't get paid for Holidays and may have to work weekends but over a beautiful environment. I don't know what their salary is I get paid from the agency but for a retiree like me it a good job. The position listing is on Indeed. They are also looking for an Executive Concierges. I would apply but don't have that level of experiences.

Trouble in Paradise!

Normally, when I go into work it’s a wonderful day, but last week was horrible. My coworker called out sick twice in a week and accidently double booked guest appointments in the spa. As a result, most guest were rude and had a lot snarky comments. My manager ask me to have a meeting in regards to last week. I am super nervous. I have been working as a spa concierge for 3 months. What do I do? Do I defend myself to my manager?

What is the next step?

I’ve been working as a concierge since my senior year in high school. Three years later, I still love the ability to help guests feel welcomed and make their stay comfortable. I was wondering how can I show my manager that I am ready for the next step without having a degree?

I feel sick at work. I have a headache. Should I tell my boss that I want to leave for the day? Can I make the hours up on the weekend? I don’t have a lot of vacation days.

So yesterday I couldn’t sleep last night because I have another part-time job. And today I come in and I have a huge splitting headache. And I don’t have a lot of vacation days. I’m going to vacation in 2 weeks and it might look bad if I suddenly took the day off.
