I was a recruiter for over 10 years scaling the Silicon Valley and I know that recruiters don't have the best reputations which I am apologetic for. Companies also don't optimize their hiring processes to make them human centric, optimized, and can leave a lot of people feeling disempowered frustrated or confused.
I move to coaching people into their personal and career empowerment and want to know have any of you used a coach and how have they been successful for you?

Hello, to all of you .I am a Brazilian working for 6 years as a soccer coach, and looking for new opportunities in the USA

Favorite part about volunteering as a coach is watching , first hand, the progression that those young boys and girls make through out the season. As a coach, I focus on progress rather than perfection, as everyday was a new experience in their life, and a tool that they can use for the rest of their.

My favorite part is giving back to my neighborhood i grew up in and played in same league as a youth ....its very nice to give my time to the kids in hopes of teaching them skills and allowing them to bond with each other and hopefully make lifelong friends....very rewarding

I loved the people that I got to know while working there. Coach's was a very fun and enjoyable place to work.

It's by far the best experience and work environment you could ask for. Everyone is like a big family , I wouldn't trade my job for anything !

Yes, working at Perfect Balance Athletics has most definitely changed me... but for the best. It has taught me so much and has helped me grow as a person.

So this is the second season I am coaching. I have my little cousins and daughter on my team this year. But all I hear is my uncle saying that I'm not doing it right. He screams about everything.. But the thing is I am teaching them what they are supposed to know. Last season we only lost one game. Then this season we're one down from first game after losing the kids decided to start listening and we won 4 to 2 this past Saturday. I'm at a stand still bc idk if I should even continue to coach. What do y'all think I should do?

I have realizing, more and more, that; although pfficiating baseball has afforded me a wonderful opportunity to stay closely connected to the game I've loved for many year; ; I would like to return to coaching. Also, Iam well aware of Ypprt Perk's great athletic standards and traditions. Do you believe I might warrant an interview? Gerard H. Balzer, Jr 4777 Apple Lane Center Valley, PA 18034 610-797-3849. (Residence) 484-232-1338. (Cell Ph.)
