Would I be considered too old to hire at age 54?

I’ve feel that I’ve been overlooked at other jobs due to my age.

57 I went on an interview just last Thursday was told the woman was in a meeting, then 10 minutes later was told, don't know how long she'll be - she has your paper work if she's interested she call and probably do s phone interview with you, seriously???
never head from them, after a few days I called & she tells me the position was filled ...really, so why'd they set up the interview to begin with 🙄🤷‍♀️

Ever have a coworker that always had your back?

I think we can all agree that if we had at least one coworker or even better a manager like this we would be more engaged with our jobs. Have you ever had a coworker like this little student has in his class?

Have you ever felt appreciated at work?

Maybe it was some kind words from a manager, a spot bonus or something as simple as a thank you for your effort.

When was the last time you felt appreciated at work? #management #aboutmyjob
