I think one of my most stressful days was when I could not accomodate the guest, because of a decision, beyond my control made by higher chain of command!

In my experience guests/customers get upset get upset when they feel their concerns are not addressed, or they feel ignored or not respected. I always asked : 'What would you like me to do'? If I could resole the issue, I did.

I would say be professional (dress appropriately) for your interview. Be yourself, be prepared with your resume updated, and be relaxed.
