ABM Industries offers a range of benefits to their employees, including health insurance, retirement savings plans, paid time off, and professional development opportunities. For more specific details on their benefits package, I recommend visiting ABM Industries' official website or contacting their HR department directly. Employee Owned Companies

I currently work for an employee owned company as a truck driver hauling fuel, and I can say from experience it’s a lot more beneficial than a union and a non-union company. My benefits are a lot better and depending on how my company performs and how many hours we work, our ESOP can be anywhere from $10k-$60k annually. ✅

Here’s a list of Employee Owned Companies: Employee-owned companies in the United States include well-known names such as Publix Super Markets, WinCo Foods, and W.L. Gore & Associates. ✅

You’ll also find that New Belgium Brewing, King Arthur Flour, and Recology are employee-owned. Several firms in professional services, like Burns & McDonnell and HDR, are also owned by employees. In the manufacturing sector, you’ll encounter companies like Hypertherm and CHI Overhead Doors. Among technology and engineering companies, companies like Parsons Corporation and S&C Electric stand out for their employee ownership structures. ✅

Any questions or concerns, feel free to drop a comment. ⤵️

Overtime pay for truck drivers

Does your employer pay you overtime? 💰

My company pays their employees overtime after 40 hours. My last employer paid overtime after 8 hours, but it was union. I’m in Los Angeles, so trucking companies tend to pay overtime to attract drivers for long-term employment. 🚛

What are your thoughts on this matter because OTR drivers technically cannot receive overtime pay because they get paid per mile or by load? 🤔

Keep on trucking! 🚛 ⛽️
