Something I learned at #Amazon ...

You have to give up a break or come in early or stay late to talk to HR. It’s a work related thing why do I have to use my time off the clock for fixing work problems

Something I learned at #Amazon ...

I won a power hour for tote wrangle did 288 totes in that hour a tote every 3 seconds roughly. Guess what my reward was, a 1$ scratcher. I busted my ass to try to get hired on but because of the state I lived in I failed the drug test. My rate was like 170% on average and still didn’t get my employment continued. I did picking, tote replenish, pallatize, tote wrangle, was a line captain for tote wrangle. But I still got terminated at the end of the contract. I’m pretty sure with the total amount of time I’ve spent at your company I would already qualify for one of your class things. When I was in Icqa I did simple bin, cycle count, irdr. My rate was 454 bph at one point and I wanted to leave early still got pointed.but I didn’t qualify for a myquest opportunity cause I’d have a error or two a week. I’m pretty sure you spy on your employees with mics in the scanners.

Pick Pack Trainer at Amazon

Well all depends on how motivated you are, if you like a work that needs spysical movement Amazon it’s a great choice but if you don’t like to move around that much then it’s not for you. I did I like it and love interacting with others as well and the energy.

I felt proud to work for #Amazon when...

Never to simply put it. The work conditions are awful, the workload is 3x as hard because they send out so many Voluntary time off options, so the ones who do stay only have to work that much harder
