I felt proud to work for #Roofers local 2 when...
I started with roofers local #2 since I was 21 years old I became a journeyman roofer when I put the roof on Chrysler well I've got screwed over by companies as far as hours not paying in my premiums that they take out of your check so I've been to several companies due to other companies lack of work ! Well I'm 55 years old my body aches from roofing and Indiana health and welfare of roofers local #2 say that I'm short hours in order to get a retirement which is bullshit this needs to be overturned and give me my retirement at the hours I put in and it's alot I want to fight for this to happen its wrong !

Can I have a set schedule ? #2, I will need training.
I do not have much of anything to share at this time

SITTING ON THE BENCH OF LIFE? [IBYC]
I'm telling you the truth..(Words of Encouragement.)
On the playing field of life you will encounter many different types of oppositions.
Some may cause you to...
No. #1. Bunt the ball so-to-speak. No. #2. Hit a foul ball, are you kidding me? No. #3. Miss the ball completely, hmm, that's strange! No. #4. Even strikeout, to say the least. Now, that's strange.
Whatever you do, don't lose your passion for the game of life. Stay alert, and well informed. Don't ever give-up by "sitting on the beach of life."
Take your best swing for that homerun in life, so, everything else can fall-in-place for you.

How to be better at my job by creating a list of Strengths and Weaknesses.
First, there is what is theory and practice in everything, for example, I have known lawyers who got the best grades to enter law school, they graduated with honors from law school, in theory, he is qualified to take a case What happens is that he prepares the case, but when he is going to argue in front of the judge, he gets nervous, his voice trembles, and he does not try to persuade the player, that is, his legal theory on paper is perfect, but he does not serve as a litigant. I know others whose qualifications are terrible, they entered the worst law school, they failed in multiple courses, and their average is fatal. In writing the theory of a case it is very, bad, but they come to court and have the virtue of the word, they have an enormous power of persuasion, and they put on a majestic show in front of a jury. In large law firms, one will be writing the legal theory and the other will be the litigated lawyer who attends the court. The reality is that in a small law firm, the two alone will have little success. You should analyze what aspects of your strengths can help marketing to sell your strengths, and you should try to get training that is reasonably useful in your weaknesses. Work with your, own list of Strengths and Weaknesses, and seek help to improve your weaknesses. #1 #2 #jobsearch #advice

HOW TO MAXIMIZE YOUR JOB SEARCH? #2. Be Visual. [IBYC]
I'm telling you the truth...(Must Read w/o Fail.)
Over the years, so many people have overlooked visualization as a critical aspect to achieving their goals.
Please, don't let this happen to you.
VISUALIZATION is the art, ability and process of imagining, and/or painting a picture in your mind of seeing yourself in a position, before it comes to fruition.
As illustrated below, can you visualize yourself reporting to work on your first day?
Do this first, then everything else will fall-in-place for you

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS FOR JOBS DISQUALIFY SOME APPLICANTS
I'm an administrative professional with over 40 yrs. experience - having worked in a variety of fields and genres. I've noticed during my job search that in addition to requiring the standard Admin. Asst. computer experience (MS Suite & Quick Books) a great deal of employers are now requiring experience for specific software - some of which I've never even heard of and I'm pretty computer software savvy and I stay abreast of new developments and changes. If a candidate has experience, is intelligent & a quick learner they can easily learn any new software during their probation period - which almost always involves some amount of training for the new job. But unfortunately, many employers don't consider this. Consequently, this has a double negative effect: #1 - it eliminates good candidates for positions they'd otherwise be qualified for & #2 - it makes positions harder to fill for the employer.
Appreciate you thoughts Joyce. Have a good week ahead of you.
