With healthcare constantly changing. If you could pick the perfect shift and hours, what would you pick? Keep in mind all shifts would have to be covered and fairly distributed.

Hmm...I'd pick during the day as I don't like working evenings. I think it'd be helpful to work these hours to help relieve other co-workers.

8-4 or 9-5 4days

Great topic for discuss.

I would go for 12 hours for 3 days and another 8 on day 4

Well It could work that way with only having 12 hours. If the hospital is going to pay for overlap, I think it's fair to assume that they don't want to have to pay both employees extra hours.

Good Morning Right now im in the area of Albany NY. Do you have any assignments here.

I would work 4days 7am 7 pm every other weekend off

I guess I'll get back on the job site and see what else I get turned down for

If I could pick, for places open 24 hours like the hospital. I would change it to a set matrix or 3/4 so you are with the same team every day! Also, this my be controversial but, I'd like it to be 13 hour shifts, creating an overlapping of the two shifts so patient care does not get interrupted. That way we would get more hours, and the teams would have an ability to have huddles and meetings so things could be more organized. Let me know yall's thoughts!
