@Jaco I would rather have both, but if I had to choose, I would definitely choose the better benefits. The older you are, you realize that health is important.

I'd say good pay because the benefits and inevitably take away from your pay and decreasing your paycheck by substantial amount every month or every pay. My old supervisor told me that
