Continuous improvement despite challenging times!

 

I’m not sure whether to say it’s been the longest or shortest six months of a year, but I think we can all agree it’s been the strangest, with still more uncertainty to come (something about murder hornets?!?!). As we move into the second half of 2020 and despite the imminent challenges, I’m excited for all of the great things we continue to build at Jobcase to support and lean in for our members as they navigate these challenging times. If you haven’t already seen our announcement, Providence Strategic Growth (PSG) has acquired a majority stake of Jobcase, and in even more exciting news, Jobcase has become a Workday Ventures portfolio company. We are thrilled that others are recognizing the importance of our member community in both voice and presence, many of whom are the essential workers we’ve leaned on these past few months.

 

In this newsletter you’ll find some teasers about improvements we’re working on for our members, agency partners and employers – great stuff coming in the next few months! We also have a new standalone virtual event platform option, and yes, it’s time to start talking about 2021 planning.

Coming this Quarter!

In addition to all of our investments to improve the member experience on Jobcase.com – we are also hard at work improving our agency partner experience and our interactions with employer partners. A few items we are rapidly progressing are:

 

Agency Media Kit – Just in time for FY2021 we will be publishing a media kit offering Jobcase collateral including member stats, industry trends, product details and pricing guidance. Also included will be access to videos, vignettes, vertical and product one-sheets and a Jobcase official powerpoint overview! As we build this, reach out to your Channel Sales Rep for assistance and access to current materials.

Jobcase Mobile App – We are in the early stages of app store testing with Google Play (and soon the App store). We hope to have a more broad release later this quarter to enable members easy access to search and apply for jobs right from their phone.

Member Behavior and Industry Trends – We have begun publishing data on member activity and interest along with industry trends. If you are not already receiving our periodic employer trend and product updates, let your channel sales representative know so we can add you to the list and/or make sure to make @jchiring.com a safe email sender.


Fiscal 2021 planning – Let’s do lunch!

 

As we enter the season for fiscal year planning, the Jobcase Channel Sales team is so excited about the resources we’ll soon have for you with the launch of our media kit later this quarter. In addition, we have enhanced our ability to provide data around member population and interest across geographies and role types as well as honed our proposal process and budget forecasting.

 

If only we could visit you, have a bite and talk to you about how Jobcase (#3 in Comscore rankings) can be a source of great candidates for your clients and a part of your 2021 fiscal planning…wait, maybe we can!

Product Spotlight: Virtual Events

A customer in the staffing industry ran 8 Virtual Hiring Events with Jobcase. These virtual events drove a massive 1,334 interested candidates to help solve the client’s hiring need.
