To get a customer service job, you may need many different skills. But with no doubt you should as well need a very enlarged patience.

Any job is hard to get at my age

I feel getting a CSR job opportunity has been quite the challange as I’ve been a single mom raising 6 children , 1 of whom has disabilities, so I was her home caregiver aswell , it’s my child. I was a CSR for a few years, worked until last day I gave birth to her, so I have been out the game per se for almost 15 yrs. But I feel if you listen to the clients needs, can type , answer phones , multitask, and help solve problems they may have, and do so in a timely considerate fashion and complete the work , and some training if necessary, should qualify for a position. But it has been a little difficult to actually get a position in the field.

Hi..it all depends on your background and experience. You have to have a good disposition with resolving customer's issues and especially show empathy.

It’s difficult to find a “legitimate” CSR job. There are so many scams out there, I don’t know who to believe.
