This line of business is IT, it’s regularly dealing with customer complaints about they’re computers. Most of the time the frustration and anger is directed at the problem not you. In some cases they are angry at you because they don’t like the options given or just need someone to blame it all on. Just have patience and don’t take it personal. Worse comes to worst, turn to your coach/supervisors for assistance.
They work with you and believe in second chanes. You learn to have patience and that patience is rewarded in so many ways. The supervisors REALLY CARE.
