any ideas why this is so?

Walmart can be a wonderful place to work, I worked for the company for nearly 25 years and I worked for good managers and bad managers. A good manager cares about their associates and makes sure they know what is going on in their own store, especially with their management team. They make sure their people are happy, happy associates make for happy customers. Working for a good manager made it a joy to go to work while on the other hand working for a bad manager is just miserable. Walmart is not the same as it was when Mr Sam was alive, it’s a shame because he worked so hard to make it a company where people could really save money and if you were a hard worker you could have a career with this company. Unfortunately there are many bad managers in this company that have no idea how to run a store much less work as a team. These are the ones that give the company a bad name!

My positive and motivation for working at Walmart, that is so many, 1) I am responsible 2) I am very hurt working person 3) I'm a person who love help people inclusive my job,to do,the best I can. 4)i make the some possible to during at my work forever, especial in my Walmart because, is a store big, and that always has,job,and I love being busy busy till complete my 8, full hour each days.

In resume Walmart at a stores were your or anyone find the right thing that looking, and that makes peoples seve, money and time, and one thing good for me,it that has good brand and good care and everything.
