What is something you would tell your best friend about working for Walmart?
Walmart owners are billionaires and they pay people a wage they can’t even live on.

They do have a few good perks and benefit, but at the same time the stress they put on you to get the work done is unreal.

Walmart can be a wonderful place to work, I worked for the company for nearly 25 years and I worked for good managers and bad managers. A good manager cares about their associates and makes sure they know what is going on in their own store, especially with their management team. They make sure their people are happy, happy associates make for happy customers. Working for a good manager made it a joy to go to work while on the other hand working for a bad manager is just miserable. Walmart is not the same as it was when Mr Sam was alive, it’s a shame because he worked so hard to make it a company where people could really save money and if you were a hard worker you could have a career with this company. Unfortunately there are many bad managers in this company that have no idea how to run a store much less work as a team. These are the ones that give the company a bad name!
