Not worth the effort. Too political. Turnover is outrageous. Nothing given for sticking around other than a paycheck.

What made you want to work for Walmart?
I work at Walmart for 16 years! I thought it was a great opportunity but really for me it’s not.. When you have to work, you gotta show you are a good hard worker to your bosses and they will see you work so hard and will respect you. If you don’t work so hard then they will not respect you and they will think you not want work for Walmart.. It’s not easy at all so you have to do your best as you can so that is the goal to earn money to take care of yourself and bills..

Something I learned at #Walmart ...
Second time I work there and I found out it was okay for a lie to talk down to the associate make up lies it's okay for one person to do something but not for you and do not working Deli and bakery because they have the most drama and that's where I work they don't tell you your position they don't tell you what to do they don't train you correctly but you better make sure you got to get ready to get written up regardless if you were told to or not what your position was
