What I loved about working at #TMXFinance was
I loved that I learned so much about running a financial and loan business and took the time to encourage our clients to take responsibility for their own finances. The one on one with clients was a great experience in that I changed the financial lives of so many while keeping meeting corporate numbers. The General Manager sent many to my desk because I was the 'counselor' and I took the time to make the time to encourage and teach financial responsibility to them. I was not just a loan officer and assistant manager, but a teacher and counselor as I met and exceeded in office protocols as well developed lasting and successful relationships with our clients. I enjoyed most of the members of my staff, especially those who took the team serious.
This job position offered training in finance and loan, as well career elevation potential. I loved the fact that most times, Corporate would hire and elevate those from within.
