

Good Afternoon Community, Often times we fall into a situation that could have negative outcome in our life’s. I can speak about this do to my past experience in doing so. When this happens we find ourselves wishing we could have done something differently than we did at the time. After many days and nights of loosing sleep over something I did on impulse and wishing I did not make the choices I did at the time, I have learned to take a time out from stressing about the things I could have prevented in the past. This has truly helped me so much from having to damage control. Most times it is better to walk away from a negative situation and come up with a plan to have a positive result rather than the negative ones I had. I must say this takes lots of practice in applying this technique in our life’s. As we know we are only in control of ourselves and not others or there decisions. Putting a plan into action that will lead to a positive result is the goal on making a negative situation turn into a positive outcome always has a great outcome. It will make you feel better about yourself rather than worst than what you already feel. I try to stay focused on obtaining a positive outcome in my life after having so many negative ones. Here are some of the things I did to change. Putting myself around positive people. When I get upset, I tend to use exit strategies I thought of to alimitate me getting into a argument or disagreement with another. We are creatures of habit and tend to fall into something we did in the past. Change is not always easy for ourselves, but can be very rewarding if we choose it to be. We are The Who we choose to be good or bad is by simply making a choice. Think about it!
