Teletech is a good company even though its not really high salary like other than bpo companies.

Teletech is a great company to work for, and I enjoyed it. The downloading of software can be frustrating, but if you get past the requirements then you will be just fine.

Working for Teletech was the biggest mistake I made...

Everyday was stessful..There was a time limit on calls, there were scripts that needed to be read verbatim and the quality of calls needed to be almost perfect..The pay was decreased as well as vacation time when the bought out the previous company. The bounus were nonexistent.

Nothing..I couldn't wait to quit. The did not care about the agents and they didn't care about the customers..Teletech only cares anout the bottom line.
