DaVita is all about the bottom line. They will go for months without filling an opening because it increases their profit margin. PCT's are given work loads that make a budget but are not managable. So they have the RNs do PCT work to make up the difference and don't leave RNs time to do their own work. There is no budgeted time for admin work so it is supposed to be worked in with patient care. The environment is dog and dog and management looks the other way. It adds up to a bad deal for the employee and the patient.

I leard how to use a nail gun, hang the crown in the trailers and the cool part was putting in the doors and windows

Something great I did was running my ride and making sure the kids and adults got on and off the ride safe.

Environmental clean-up California, north then south of Santa Cruz. Electrical Also Miami are. New constrction elec on B.P and racetrack. Elec lead man, ran jobs.

While working at Diamond I learned about office settings. Reached salesrep of the month in May 2016. I got this achievement by reaching 140k in revenue in the calendar month.

I helped build up our Neuro, Plastic,OMF, and Trauma Teams, I helped with the Surgical Training program, I helped on the Professional Develop Committee, I helped develope the 1st Adaptive Snow Ski Program, I helped on the Surgica Clinical Ladder Committee. I helped train staff on Brain Lab and the Medtronic Axion IG computers along with giving inservises to the staff on the drills, cusa, selector, etc.
