What I loved working at #Teletech
The wonderful co-workers

A #stressful #TeleTech day
EVERY DAY!

My advice to people interested in working at #TeleTech as a #CustomerServiceRepresentative ...
DON'T DO IT!! I went thru 4 weeks UNpaid 'Prelicensing course', and 5 weeks of paid training, the day before going on the phones for Open Enrollment with United Health Care, they fired me, refusing to give me a reason, though I asked about 4 times...my unemployment benefits have been held now for over a month until my Appeals hearing, with no other income coming in, despite my grueling job search...The "instructor" spoke to me like I was an imbecile on a daily basis, and even though I passed the State exam on the 1st try, I have yet to see my health insurance license, and they refuse to respond to any of my attempts to contact them concerning this.........Another observation of mine: ...every week they fired a black man.....when they fired me, it was on Halloween, and I was dressed like Michael Jackson...coincidence??

What I loved working at #teletech
Teammates, coaches, team leads, the opportunity to learn new information and ability to assist customers, and the rapport built with customers

My manager recognized me @ #TeleTech.com when
I was top on our shift many weeks, was very good at problem solving , a hard worker and very good with customers on the phone

While working at #TeleTech I was proud of
Being able to work in the comfort of my home.

Contradicting emails
I have been hired by teletech and this morning I got an email stating that training would be at 4 am on the 14th.There was a lot of other information in the email. Well I got a second email and it stated that the meet and greet orientation would be on Tues the 14th at 4 pm both emails contradicted one another so I emailed both people back and the email was returned on the one that said it was my trainer and still waiting for a response on the second. Not sure what to think. Just going with the flow for now and waiting to see what happens next. Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks Charla

Scheduled interview through Zoom
Hello, I am preparing for tomorrow for a 60 minute virtual interview through Zoom with Tele tech via phone and webcam. I am excited about this possibility of working from home. I have been working from home etc. I have been doing a lot of research and I decided to apply to Teletech I will warn anyone applying the pre test was rather hard. There were many things on the test to include vocabulary some were what was the meaning of the words, what words were alike, what words were different, then these long sentences with about six words missing and the words were very long words that you needed to know what part of speech to hopefully place them correctly in the correct spot of the sentence. There was in depth math word problems. There was a section with these blocks and you had to be able to identify which ones were the same as the ones they showed but they flipped them around etc. Then a typing test to be able to type at least a certain amount in an amount of time. Then computer skills to be able to do prompts on the screen or different task as instructed all of this test was timed. I m excited but not sure what to expect with this Zoom. Has anyone been interviewed via Zoom before or been interviewed by TeleTech? Thanks in Advance Charla

I would tell my past self that working at #TeleTech is
Hurry and further yourself so you would be able to leave as soon as possible. The pay is low for the work that we do but I am happy about how close it is located ...I don't want to be in a call center for the rest of my life I am working hard towards a career stay focused
