I have had multiple interviews where the expected a degree for graphic design and i felt like it would be considered discriminatory to not hire someone with 10+ years experience and talent. Not just in my field of skills but anyone who has had experience in what they do. Do you have this problem? #experience #degree #graphicdesign #talent #skilled #talk

The interview is all about highlighting your talents and skills in a way that the potential employer understands how you will help him/her achieve success as they define it -- in the role and in the company. But it can be hard for to hit the right balance of bragging without turning off the interviewer. For your consideration, here are some good thoughts on this by the Chief Scientist at Manpower Group. #interview #brag #talent #passion https://hbr.org/2017/12/how-to-highlight-your-talents-in-a-job-interview-without-showing-off?utm_campaign=hbr&utm_source=linkedin&utm_medium=social

I get the fun of running Jobcase. I was asked the other day what I was proudest of in our growth story so far. No Question it is the team we have been able to assemble. We have brilliant, dedicated, compassionate people who are dedicated to empowering the working men and women of this country. We are building this platform for the people and it takes a special team to get that done. If interested, definitely apply to some postings here or drop Marijoy Bertolini a message!. - And be sure to check out our 'talent' video on the learn page here to see what its like here in Cambridge!
