I got started with Subway
I am on the path to own my own business (hopefully soon) but Subway was the first job that taught me the importance of the value of a customer and how to create a quality product. I honestly thought working there would be beneath me, which is nuts because when you need money NO job is beneath you. Survival is key. Subway taught me how to work hard, keep my cool, and think on my toes.

My advice to people interested in working at #Subway as a #CrewLeader ...
It's a great environment to work at just get to know everyone and you'll have the best work experience and have a lot of fun

The biggest mistake I made as a #CrewLeader at #Subway ...
Not following policy rules

A #stressful #Subway day
Nothing is prepared lots of dishes and lunch rush

Drama at #Subway
Never happened to me but most people just got a good talking to

What I loved working at #Subway
Always communicating with each other and having free time when stuff was done

A #stressful #Subway day
The most stressful day was extremely stressful. Customers didn't stop coming, my co-workers were not fully trained (I was the only one fully trained), we ran out of bread and cookies and I had to find time to bake, wait on customers, and do whatever my co-workers could not.

Drama at #Subway
A customer was having a bad day because she was getting food for her co-workers and they weren't specific about their orders. After making her food and joking with her she called and said I was rude(total lie) I was told to go home that day and wait til my boss called. She never did and I never went back!
