I would make sure employees are fully trained before being left on their own. I would also let employees have a free footlong sub instead of a 6 inch and cookie. Happy employees give great service.

When a lot of people came into subway before it was time for me to get off .I dropped 2 subs and got yelled at from one of my members .I just started working and I didn’t know what the others knew ,so I had to do things according to my speed .Not anyone else’s ,but as time went by I got the hang of it .

Would be that if you want to work like a Hebrew slave for very little money . Or... Bend over and grab your ankles ( when you punch in) cause your gonna get the business and no dinner or a movie!!!

It gave me motivation to go above and beyond my job dituies because I was promised a raise that I never received. I also loved the fact that my manager never took it upon herself to hire responsible employees to show up. Then when said employees didnt show up neither would she. My favorite part was me covering someone elses shift which resultong in me working 9 hours all while her knowing she was going to fire me at the end of the night. So after I completed sweeping and mopping the dining room she fired me. Great job!
