I work at RiteAid and we have been doing a lot to ensure the safety of staff and customers! This includes laying tape out on the floor 6 feet apart so people can stay the recommended space apart from one another in line.
I had a guy come in yesterday in a full painters outfit and mask! When he came up to the cash register he pulled a bottle of sanitizer out of his pocket and POURED IT ALL OVER THE COUNTER!! He said he wanted to make sure it was sanitary before placing his products down.
Goodness gracious its going to be a long few weeks!
Don't do it extreme low pay for work expected, very busy bending and restocking. BS corporate crap from cashier to manager. They never have your back. If, by chance you get a good manager things aren't quite so bad!
