JOB KNOWLEDGE- Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Retail, etc., preferred, or equivalent job experience. JOB DESCRIPTION- • Strong organizational and time management skills as well as flexibility and the ability to prioritize tasks • Works well with little supervision, self-motivated • Ability to multi task • Strong PC skills including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Strong problem solving and negotiation skills in addition to strong oral and written communication skills • Displays strong follow through skills to resolve problems in a timely manner • Utilizes active listening skills to effectively communicate with all levels • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills • Ability to informally influence • Ability to perform job responsibilities in a climate controlled distribution center environment while standing and walking on a constant basis • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
