SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Factory Hourly - team member works as a part of an assembly team performing multiple assembly duties for the construction of windows and accessories. The team member’s assigned team and job tasks will vary based on business necessity. Each team member is compensated at $18/hourly.

To be honest.there's really not. Much to prepare someone about to work at deck. I would say just to be prepared to fold a ton of boxes.before, during, and after your shift.Also the most importamt thing is dont expect to try and get another part time job because they may have u off for a week at a time and they dont ever post your schedule weekly. They post schedules only one day before the next work day. Ive jever worked at a job that fidnt give you a set schedule. You have to check daily of your working or off the next day.
