Reaction Poll: Vacation Time!

I came across an article that says that the average US worker said they had taken just about half (54%) of their paid time off in the past 12 months. As someone who just came back from vacation, and I plan to use my time off accordingly this year, I couldn't help but wonder: Why would anyone NOT use their full vacation time each year?

šŸ’– My unused time off rolls over every year, I can take more time later

šŸ’Æ I get paid any unused time off each year, it's not lost if I can cash it

šŸ‘šŸ½ It is not encouraged where I work, even if you have the time to take off

šŸ‘šŸ½ I work a lot and I really like working, I don't really need vacation

Other reasons I missed? And any opinions, feel free to voice it in the comments! #watercooler #poll

Work culture in LA vs. SF - what's better?

It seems like San Francisco is more intense and competitive, and LA is more laid back. But maybe not if you're trying to get into the entertainment industry. #losangeles #workculture #poll
