#job Architectural or Interior Designer - Conway, NH (Hybrid)

We are seeking an Architectural or Interior Designer to join our award-winning, well-established, high- end custom residential home design-build team. The company focuses on new construction and major renovations in the Lakes Region and White Mountains of New Hampshire.

You will be an integral part of the process, including developing creative design concepts; working closely with clients, coordinating with project managers through all phases of design, preparing construction documents and overseeing construction. Projects are a mix of new, energy-efficient construction, and extensive historic renovations.

Must have an eye for quality design, outstanding communication, problem-solving, attention to detail and knowledge of some of the currently used industry software such as AutoCAD Architectural Desktop, SketchUp Pro. Revit and/or Enscape knowledge is a plus. Must have knowledge of current building codes in the State of New Hampshire. Must work well in a collaborative environment and be able to adapt to change.

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design and at least three years of related work experience. AIA license, Registered Architect or NCIDQ are all strong pluses.

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager for our growing, high-end, residential construction client located near Conway, NH. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned construction project manager or a project manager from a related industry or someone who has been a construction supervisor who wants to move into project management.

Responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling projects; supervising subcontractors and staff; estimating, managing budgets, and developing schedules.

Must have strong communication, time management, analytical, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills. Attention to detail and an eye for quality. Proficiency with MS Office, familiarity with AutoCAD or SketchUp and some project management software experience.

Minimum of an Associate’s degree and three years of project management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Construction industry or related experience is required. Residential construction industry specific training is available.

Junior accountants on track for a career in public tax accounting or Enrolled Agents or experienced CPA’s looking for a start or the next step in their career.

The Company is willing to train, mentor and provide professional guidance to help grow your career in public accounting, as needed.

At a minimum, responsibilities include: preparing tax returns for individual, corporate, partnership and trusts for a variety of client types and sizes. Additional skills and experience including the ability to train and mentor junior staff is a plus.

Must have solid communication, analytical, time management, multi-tasking and computer (MS Office, bookkeeping and tax accounting software) skills. Experience with QuickBooks and Creative Solutions Professional Suite is a plus. Experience working directly with clients and project management is a plus.

We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer for our large, growing industrial manufacturing client, located south of Portland, Maine.

Responsible for the structural design and reliability of equipment manufactured by the company and its subcontractors. Provides support for design engineering and project management. Development of software or standard analysis tools for solving structural and mechanical problems. Development of safe operating procedures for equipment. Travels, as required to customer and subcontractor sites. Organizes analyses and reports and prepares presentations for customers.

Must be proficient in advanced engineering skills, (e.g., fatigue analysis, transient thermal analysis using finite elements, dynamic analysis, knowledge of structural codes, and knowledge of material behavior). A strong background in strength of materials, stress analysis, fatigue, and structural design is required. Strong computer skills with office software and use of advanced computer software for data analysis and problem solving. Experience with structural analysis software including structural finite element analysis and computational fluid dynamics is required (Ansys is a plus). AutoCAD, Catia or SolidWorks; C, C++ or VC++ is a plus.

BS in Mechanical or Structural Engineering with concentration in machine design and/or structural analysis required. MS in Mechanical or Structural Engineering is preferred. Minimum of five years’ experience in related field is required including extensive use of finite element analysis of machine components and structures. EIT or PE license is a plus.
