When I first started there 8 years ago I loved the job I love the line and the people I worked with.... And over that 8 years I was fired multiple times they always brought me back. I quit a couple times they would bring me back. I went to jail a few times but after every time they always call me back and the main core group of employees was always there. This last time the owner convinced me to quit a good job and come back to work for him back in August. Even though I was early everyday I would stay late every night I'd be the first one there, second to last one gone, I did everything they asked me to without second-guessing it or asking why. And then I woke up late one day and he fired me. I love IHOP I loved working for IHOP but I will never work for Robert Llana again.

To land a job at #IHOP I would make sure I have a clean appearance, smile, confidence and I sincerely care about people. If you don’t get the job keep going back till they hire you πŸ˜‰

Waitressing is one of the oldest humblest jobs around. I did many different jobs but I realized waitressing wasn’t even work to me. I loved the fast pace and I truly love people. Most that come to a place like IHOP often become regulars and us servers are the reason why. Without customers there would be no restaurant with no restaurant we have no job 😏 good luck out there

I caught Melingitis and had gotten really sick. I'm thankful for my family coworkers who are my bedside cheerleaders! There's still love and kindness in this world. Thank you for everything IHOP! πŸ’ #waitress #ihop #sickofbeingsick

More hrs , I loved my job it was just time to go. It's been slow and the virus made things worst. IHOP treated me well nothing negative to say, would I go back only if I'm asked, I miss everyone and my boss lady Ann is such an good person. MR.Davis

You can make pretty good money. Night shift was understaffed when I was there, so could be hectic at times. I don't recommend it for an inexperienced server.

Be yourself ask about hours and always want to learn more than what you apply for

loyal and hard worker

Most will ask you about your experience.

What makes you think you are right for the job?

If you can perform the duties of the job you are applying for.

How do you get along with other people? Such as guests, fellow employees, and management.
If you can explain how you would handle a happy guest?

What are the hours / days you can work? Will you work over time? Will you work other IHOP locations?

Most IHOP'S will hire you even if you don't have experience. But it does help.
