How can I get into my unemployment account? I tried and it told me to go to the email and get passcode number, I did but it wouldn't go through?

Tried to sign in my unemployment account and it told me to go to the email and get a one time passcode number. I put it in there and didn't know what to do after that. Does anyone know what you have to do? #help

I would start by filling out your JC profile and then once you have, select the resume tab and click download and PRESTO you have a pre-generated resume! This is done to make sure you are the rightful person using the email. By being able to access the code that was emailed to you, it verifies that you are who you are. Just plug in the pass code and you should get through. Many times there's a time limit so you must do it right away.
Unemployment, im in virginia. i filed unemployment back in november, and i have yet to recieve a dime. i was able to file my weekly til this week n tells me i have no claim, finally got someone on the phone and they told me i have an issue of unclaimed so i gotta contact customer service. I had covid unemployment until Dec 26th and was able to reapply on Feb 1 and backdate my unpaid weeks. My claim says exhausted/active but I have not received any funds.
