what do I do ?

I started a job last week and I had the worst week ever. I was so stressed out, I had not worked in two years, and was not used to going to work. I felt like I could not do anything right and was talked to several times about mistakes I made. I am a master barber and have been cutting hair for 30 years. I have my own technique and my way of doing things. They want me to do everything there way, buy all new clippers just like the ones they use. they want everyone to look and do the same as each other. I was finding it hard to change everything that I have done for so many years. My equipment I have is new that i bought and spent over two thousand dollars on and now I have to go replace it all, not sure if i will stay because of this situation but I have to go buy all this equipment before I go back tomorrow and sell mine on craigslist. Feeling down, unable to cut hair even and my self-esteem is at a low. I waited for a job to pop up in my area, it's just 10 minutes away the hours are great, and this type of profession does not have a lot of job openings. What do I do, stick it out or just resign, beyond sad ! #jobsearch #termination #advice #management #interview

Executive Chef at North Bronx Hospital

Janet, I to have not worked in years. BUT besides that, why did you have a problem, ie,it's, Week.Taking Stress,is not easy. I am semi tired, but I worked in the kitchen, the majority of my life. Working in the kitchen is not easy. But I am used to it. There is a motto in the kitchen if you can't take the Heat, get out.

I have been waiting for months for Amazon Flex to have an opening well they finally did i applied and going to start this week. My question is im using my own vehicle responsible for gas ⛽️. With gas prices so crazy am i even going to turn a decent profit? I wonder if this is why there is finally an opening because everyone quit,?

Hi, I about 3 weeks ago I applied for a job for this management company. The pay was unbelievable it started with $45/hr. and $30/ hr. for training. I didn't even think I would get the job, so the guy hired me on the spot! I was over the moon, like this job is gonna change my life!! Because I'm a single parent trying to make ends meet, so that following week he gave me a tracking number to keep track of the " check" I suppose to receive for a printer and scanner. So a day or two later he had me to check into the package but it never arrived to my mailbox, it was like it was lost in the system. So, that following week after that he gave me another tracking number for another package. He had gave me a tracking number for one also. I checked into that one but this one was halfway filled like it was on the way, so I was hopeful this one would arrive! Then the next day that one was in the RED!!! I told him that it was like an alert like it was lost in the system. I started to get a weird feeling about it. So, I told him it was in the red and that I wasn't sure if it would get to me before training starts. So, he was sure that it was coming and that maybe the company would have to try FedEx, that was last week. So, Monday I log on to get the tracking number for that he's not on now I know it was Memorial Day and that he probably wouldn't be on, then yesterday I log on he not on once again, then this morning he's still not on!! I knew by that 2nd week it was bull anyways so today I contacted the USPS company here in my hometown the lady that work there looked up the two tracking numbers he sent me two weeks prior, she tells me that those numbers were never in the system and that couldn't have told the truth about the job. Like who lies about a job, nothing but weirdo people whom have nothing to do with they're lives. But jokes on him because I started a job this coming Monday anyways, just wanted to have something to do while I wait for that job to start, because training classes for that job was a 3 week waiting period. Just the pay sounded better.

Reaching Your goals

I finally got my shift I always wanted. I work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Friday from 8 AM to 7 PM with 1 hour lunch. I get Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday off. I have always wanted this schedule. It has took me a while but I got there. You can get what you work had for. I make 20.10 an hour. I just volunteer for to help for another team and I am hoping that my raise is what I am going for.
