🌟 Believe in Yourself and Think Positive! 🌟

In a world full of challenges and uncertainties, one of the most powerful things you can do is believe in yourself and maintain a positive mindset. It's a mindset that can transform your life, empower you to overcome obstacles, and unlock your true potential.

Believing in yourself means recognizing your worth, acknowledging your strengths, and embracing your unique qualities. Trust in your abilities and have faith in your capacity to achieve greatness. Remember, you are capable of more than you can imagine.

Positive thinking is a powerful force that can shape your reality. By focusing on the good, maintaining an optimistic outlook, and reframing challenges as opportunities, you can create a ripple effect of positivity in your life and the lives of those around you.

When you believe in yourself and think positively, you open doors to endless possibilities. You attract positivity, opportunities, and like-minded individuals who uplift and support you on your journey. Challenges become stepping stones, and setbacks become lessons that propel you forward.

So, nurture your self-belief and feed your positive mindset. Surround yourself with uplifting influences, practice gratitude daily, and challenge negative self-talk. Embrace failures as stepping stones on the path to success and celebrate every small victory along the way.

Remember, you have within you the power to shape your own reality. Believe in yourself, think positive thoughts, and watch as your dreams unfold before your eyes.

Today and every day, choose self-belief and positive thinking. The world is waiting for you to shine!

Hello All —

I wanted to bring up a topic as a result of something that I constantly observe within the Jobcase community. It’s people that have reached a level of desperation and start begging for employment.

I understand that times are challenging for a lot of people and this post is in no way meant to be rude or disrespectful towards others, just to point out the obvious. Word of advice — begging for any form of employment out of desperation isn’t the answer. It isn’t going to increase your chances of gaining employment by making others feel pitty to want to just give you a job without you having to work for it. The expectation(s) that someone, anyone should give you a job is only hurting you because it’s a reflection that you’re at a point where you don’t want to try anymore. You might have given up whatever efforts as a result of this and now feel that you have no other form of resources to utilize so you resort to your own desperation to seek employment from anyone that’s offering anything. It’s poor marketing of yourself and you should want to value yourself far more than this being your answer to moving forward.

It’s understandable if you’re seeking employment resources, support or encouragement but to outright ask others for a job is you hitting that low point. You should stop and think about your situation. Have some pride for yourself and keep going even when you feel like giving up. Opportunities aren’t just handed to us or life would be much easier if it was, you have to get out there and face countless rejections repeatedly until that one door that opens is finally meant to open.

This should include those who feel like their only form of communication is telling others to pray and let the lord help. I’m not saying that I don’t believe in God or have some elements of faith, but projecting your religious beliefs onto others constantly isn’t going to change the wind to say either, especially if the other person isn’t religious or isn’t equally religious as you are or might be. It doesn’t mean that one shouldn’t pray or have hope that help comes along, it just means to be realistic in a world that’s moving faster than any of us can keep up with. The world is dark, cruel, and often disappointing but it’s also beautiful if you know how to look at it’s beauty through all of its negatives.

My point here is simple, the beauty is in the effort but it’s up to you on how much effort you choose to put into something. Minimum effort can produce minimal return depending on each situation or it bring a big reward. The only one you can depend on is yourself, and should you feel like you’ve reached a low then learn to think, learn to research, learn use whatever resources to keep yourself mentally going to keep that strong effort active. Life is not easy, it wasn’t meant to be easy but you wake up everyday with a new page to write your paragraphs, and it’s up to you to understand whether you want to continue or put a period at the end of your final sentence.

Going into 2019 should give you a much clearer perspective in things, and what path you want to create for yourself. If you refuse to improve yourself because “life is too hard” or you make the same excuses as you always have, know that expectation(s) lead to heartache — every time.

Think about this post should it spark your interest to comment. Best wishes for you all in 2019!

So my newsfeed all day yesterday and this morning is filled with the Elon blunt pics from the Rogan podcast. I am neither employee, partner, nor shareholder of Tesla, but this does get me concerned as a workers advocate that sees an ongoing trend here - that isn't treating workers fairly.

I'm pretty sure, that whatever the laws of California are, that workers on Tesla assembly line are still drug tested. If true, then why is Elon freely smoking?

Here's another observation - Increasingly my business magazines are filled with articles of college-educated 'canabis entrepreneurs' (below) while my prisons remain filled with high-school-educated 'canabis entrepreneurs'. Filled.

I am not informed enough to weigh in on whether Canabis should be legal or not, or even if it is what company policies should be as law transitions - thats not what this post is about. But I am attentive enough to see when equal treatment is yet again not being applied.

Our country is strongest when we strive towards our shared ideals of all people being created equal, of striving for equal opportunity and striving for equal. treatment under the law. Many of us know where this falls short. Many of us may have difference of opinions on where that falls short. Thats ok. Disagreement can be healthy. But we shouldn't differen on the ideals themselves or the intent to strive to attain them.

I am not sure where this is going right now. But I wanted to share this thought with our growing jobcase community. As we grow, we get more powerful. As Jobcase Team empowers people in their worklife, we gain numbers to begin advocating as well. And it sure seems that if workers shouldn't smoke a blunt, neither should Elon. If Elon can smoke then so should workers. And certainly people should not have freedom taken away from them for doing things that others get rewarded for. I'll leave it to lawmakers tp determine policy, and I'll leave it to companies to determine policies that are best for their business- thats not for me to say. But let's maintain our principles of equal treatment! And lets demand those in power strive to do the same.

There is a team in Cambridge Massachusetts (across the river from Boston and right next to MIT) that works round the clock on the Jobcase social media platform and on technology that powers over hundred transactional-jobsites. This team is completely motivated by the concept of empowering working men and women in their worklife. It's actually very hard to build a business like this, but the mission makes it fun.
We also know there are tons of non-profit orgnizations that share our mission. We can't quite cut huge checks of support to them just yet (still growing as a self-funded company), but I think we are doing something better. Christopher Scranton on our team runs a new group called Jobcase Cares. It's mission is to FREELY give our tech and products to non-profits that share our mission. We just put together a video explaining this and I thought all the Jobcasers would like to see this. When we showed it to the team building this platform for you - they cheered! Hope you like it too....
