Multiverse is partnering with us to hire STARs—workers Skilled Through Alternative Routes like military service, certification, or an Associate’s degree instead of a college degree—for their Digital Business apprenticeship program.

Primary Duties: Meet with customers, perform storm damage inspections on residential properties, assist with insurance claims, select project materials, collect customer payments, generate leads & set appointments & ensure 100% customer satisfaction Serve as an advocate for restoration in your community! Offer support with tangible resources to the restoration process after they’ve faced disaster

Requirements: Either a High School Diploma, GED, or Associate Degree Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation that is capable of carrying a ladder, and other tools Must be able to set up/climb a ladder Must be able to spend large amounts of time on your feet outside during various weather conditions (fully in-person role) Must have a reliable smartphone Must live in existing commutable distance to role location Must have existing right to work in the US- no future or current sponsorship available

Pay Rate and Benefits: Base Salary of 48,000, with UNCAPPED commissions (Most reps make 70k+ yr 1, 80-100k+ yr 2, 100-150k+ year 3)! Comprehensive training, support, & opportunities for growth/development 401K up to 25% match, Healthcare, Vision, Dental, PTO
