Crew Member at Dunkin Donuts

when I had worked there it was pretty good the people I worked with were fine there was some good people but with any job there’s going to be people you like and you don’t like so it all just depends on what you make of your situation but me personally I liked working there you got tips every day I went home with money every day the hours are good I got paid $12.50-$13 an hour I personally liked it and wouldn’t mind working there again

Honestly all depends what location you’re at, I had a great crew that listened to me (I was a shift leader) but a manager that didn’t do anything and would completely dismiss us. We went through employees a lot and it’s hard to keep workers there, due to lack of management, lack of product (my location constantly was out of product due to my manager not ordering enough), not being paid enough, customers aren’t terrible as long as you know how to make the item they want correctly. It’s not terrible depending on the location.
