Simply put just don't unless you like being unappreciated and shown your time and efforts are worth nothing your just a body to fill a space.

If I knew anyone that needed a job at northside center, I would tell them the only reason I stayed there as long as I did was for the wonderful residents. The people in charge are very crupt. I’ve seen things I could have taken to the state and should have but didn’t have the paper proof.
