I'm 61, Just got laid off from an 8 year stint at a great job (Real Estate documents law firm). Where I was the Systems Architect, C#/VB6/VB .Net programmer, SQL DBA and SQL Developer.

I have over 30 years experience in I.T. with a wide range of industries (Power Utility, Shipping, Legal, Financial, Credit Cards, Medical, Government). I have been the solo and team lead of teams from 3 to 20 people.

I would prefer remote over onsite but will do what is available. I have been working from home for the last 2-3 years since Covid hit.

It was a honor in the privilege, to work at the DFW National Cemetery. I made a lot of friends worked with a lot of guys and looked up to a lot of guys. To serve a fallen veteran or his spouse was something that I really love to do. Then working in irrigation taught me a lot about water in the turf of the ground many things I learned at the cemetery and taught many guys who came behind me thank you very much.
