I remember it was around this time when I worked at CVS and Mother's Day was coming up. I helped this little girl, she couldn't have been more than 10 help pick out a card for her mom. Her mom was in the store and she told her she had to wait up front and she came up and said she needed help. She took my hand and walked me over to the cards. I was in the middle of stocking but my boss saw me and gave me the ok. We went through probably like 15 cards or so until we found the one she liked. She gave me a hug and went and paid for her card with the change she had saved. CUTEST THING ever!!!!

I would say coupons! It is so hard to accommodate all the couponers especially if expired or manufactured etc.

It's not mandatory I personally never checked anyone's Social pages since it's technically their personal lifestyle, but I have known owners and other managers that do check before hiring. Now with that said after hiring someone if they tend to come into work with reasons for me to believe they were on drugs or other issues I would then check to see if they were posting something about that issue online.

I've always told employees and close friends to be careful about what you post and if you do post something that you don't want employers to see post it so only friends can see not the public.

Sorry not a straight forward answer but regardless, I hope this helps.

1 - Apologize and tell the patient to refer this issue to her insurance provider. 2 - Explain that she can’t pay the full price today in cash then follow-up with her insurance for reimbursement. 3 - Ask the patient to call her doctor for another prescription her insurance will cover. 4 - Show understanding and reassure the patient that you will work with her to resolve the issue with her doctor and insurance.
