What I loved working at #Chewy was
I loved the friendly competition, I love looking forward to see how many picks I can do a day and if I can out do what I did the day before.. what I don’t like is the ONE SIDED aspect of the job, meaning, if a new recruit has a issue wit sumone who’s been there for a while, that doesn’t mean that the person or persons who been there for a while is right, and VERY UNFAIR to THE NEW RECRUITS.... However, if need be that a suspension has to take place, I feel ALL PARTIES should receive the same action until the issue is resolved

Chewy is a tough job when starting out first thing you have to pass the forklift written test if you fail to do so all of what you just went through was for nothing....your first week great chance you will be pulling around a hand jack putting things away through the mean streets of chewy many forklifts and order pickers and movexxxxx will almost run ya over if you make it through that I had to get my order picker license once you drive a machine you may never get off....if you don't make it in on time there will be no harness or order picker to use or scan gun and they consider all that time off task lol but all in all I like it and we just got a 1.25 raise and that goes for everyone and you don't get paid more to drive in the pit either......
