I was hired in at full time right off the rip. It just depends on what you apply for and what is discussed between you and the store manager. I was hired in as shift manager/ keyholder /closing manager. It also depends on experience and if your willing to work whatever they ask of you. Usually they classify 32+ hours a week as full time.

Changes to Sacred Six Days Off
The Sacred Six are New Years, Memorial Day, The 4th, Labor Day Thanksgiving and Christmas. Well the company I am with now told us that those days are no longer paid and you have the choice(?) to take unpaid or use PTO. Who thought this is a good idea. Here in MI with the auto unions this would not happen but this is from a non-union company. The fact you have to submit time for these days is a pain. And they didn’t increase PTO to cover these days.

Actually you can get benefits at any level as long as your hired in at full time. They offer medical dental and vision at good rates. They also offer life insurance and so many different things as well. They should send you information in a packet in the mail and then you go online to your dg.me account and you can sign up for everything there.
