Never take it personal when you get an angry customer. First off they aren't really made at you, you represent the Co thereful, you being the person in charge of problem solving catch it, if you cannot deliver a favorable resolution.it's never personal unless you allow it!

Stressful days are when you ge back to back calls where you feel you were unable to bring a complete resolution to a customer's problem. Example the customer is out of 02 and they missed their delivery bad!
