I am tired of being seen just as a woman instead of an amazing employee. I work HARD and don't feel appreciated. Anyone else? I really want to work for American Express honestly. I was researching top companies and they won a few awards for supporting working mothers and just women in general. They were listed in the top 100 companies to work for so I definitely plan to apply. I will keep you all posted!

Loved helping the customer when they were having difficulty in getting the card accepted at a store. I would call and negotiate a fair rate benefitting customer and merchant.

I have been with American Express GBT for 24 years. I had a stroke in January 2018. Then a week later had another stroke. It took 9 months to recover. I also took my dps test and passed. I looked for my old job and couldn't find it.I contacted HR Barry Grow to locate my posting band 30. It was not listed nor has it been filled. I checked with my teammates.
